All orders ship from our studio in Brandon, Florida.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day. Every piece is one of a kind and ships exactly as shown.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping options
- Standard shipping — $8.00 flat rate (free on orders over $100)
- Express shipping — $28.95 flat rate (1–2 business days)
Holiday 2026 order cutoffs
For Christmas delivery in the contiguous United States, shipped via USPS, order by:
- Standard — December 16, 2026
- Express — December 18, 2026
Delivery times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at silverrockridge@gmail.com or (813) 995-7550 and we'll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
